• Revenue Sharing – State Associations assume a profit sharing percentage for all sales generated through this agreement

• Discount Education to Members – Association members receive a discount on all continuing education classes. This platform allows them the diversity in training while receiving a savings, and also gives the association an added value tool to its members. TrainingPro will also promote the association in relevant markets.

• Complete E-Learning Platform – A Web-based as well as correspondence program that co-brands with the association. This e-learning platform allows the association to take advantage of our existing e-learning platform and reduce the costs of distributing of course materials. It also allows usage and distribution privileges for all TrainingPro material. At the same time, the traffic and sale of the courses gives the association an immediate revenue stream. The accredited material in our library is approved in every state that requires Continuing Education.

• Tracking System & Dedicated Representative – Every order that goes through the association web site will be logged into a tracking program which can be viewed at anytime by an association representative. This allows for accurate distribution of revenue sharing, but more importantly, it can be sold as a value added piece to members in order to track their loan officers progress and completion for continuing education. This tracking system is exclusive software that no one else in the industry currently provides. A dedicated representative will also be assigned to the association assuring the highest levels of service.

• Private Label Page – The Association can literally build an instant library or education center that has the look and feel of the association web page. Everything is in place and ready to go! A hyperlink is placed on the association website linking the student to the material. The tracking system mentioned above monitors all traffic through the site.
