Welcome to the Lending Integrity Training Center , where students can complete the education required to obtain the NAMB Lending Integrity Seal of Approval.

One requirement for obtaining the approval is the completion of a six-hour training program, which is provided online exclusively through TrainingPro. Each program option includes an ethics component plus various other topics to choose from. Lending Integrity Package 1: Mortgage Compliance Now (Accredited)

This six-hour, online mortgage education course is accredited and can be applied as continuing education in most states. Credit can be applied in AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MD, MS, ME, NC, NV, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, WV. This course provides a comprehensive review of ethics, privacy and fair lending laws.

Lending Integrity Package 2: Expanding Mortgage Horizons

This six-hour, online mortgage education course does not transfer into continuing education credit, but serves as a component of NAMB's Lending Integrity process. A professional development course, “Expanding Mortgage Horizons” is comprised of a study of mortgage ethics as well as an overview of FHA training.

Lending Integrity Package 3: Mortgage Industry Direction and Protection

This six-hour, online mortgage education course does not transfer into continuing education credit, but serves as a component of NAMB's Lending Integrity process. Course chapters of “Mortgage Industry Direction and Protection” include ethics, recent developments and mortgage fraud.

Lending Integrity Module: Ethics

This two-hour, online mortgage continuing education course focuses on the importance of ethical standards in mortgage lending. Students will learn about the importance of ethical decision making and business practices, review codes of ethics and identify the most common unethical mortgage lending practices that violate federal laws. This course is accredited for two hours of continuing education in the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, IA, KS, KY, MD, MS, ME, NC, NV, OK, PA, SC, SD, TX, WV.
