The state of Pennsylvania has required a mortgage continuing education requirement for many years; however, this year the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) is involved, due to the S.A.F.E. Mortgage Licensing Act.

The NMLS will track the completion of Pennsylvania mortgage continuing education through collaboration with the state.
